Based on scientific research

Hi, my name is Michael Dow.  My wife and I went through a period of numerous significant life events and turned our focus to helping each other lose weight in the fall of 2007.  She was only 26, approaching 270 lbs, and wearing size 26 pants.  Her joints were aching every day and I was concerned about how much stress her physical heart was under.  I was weighing about 15 lbs more than I wanted to and had been complaining about my gut for a while.

Putting weight management skills into your hands.

We wanted to start a diet program that was easy, lifelong, and would let us eat what we wanted.  My wife was considering taking some diet pills again and I was still worried about side effects that are still unknown with these new medications.  I told my wife, "There has to be a way for us to lose weight, not take any pills and still eat the type of foods we like."

Eat the types of food you like and lose weight.

Understanding some basic knowledge about calories and the body, we began to keep track of how many calories we consumed throughout the day.  After doing some investigation and finding out that a well respected research organization had performed some research that supported the principles of our new diet, The Pen and Paper Diet was born.

An easy eating plan to maintain your ideal weight for the rest of your life.

What you will get if you buy The Pen and Paper Diet book:
